Happy Easter and I got another RED STAR

HAPPY EASTER TO ALL MY BUDDIES. I AM DOING GOOD TODAY. I FIXED HAM, MAC SALAD, CORN ON THE COB ROLLS  STRAWBERRIES WITH COOL WHIP FOR DINNER. THE ONLY SAD THING IS I NO I CAN GET THIS BUT I FEEL SO GULITY DOING IT??? I DONT EAT ANY RED MEAT SO I WILL HAVE A MORNING STAR BURGER WHICH ARE VERY GOOD. I ALSO TRIED THE SILK MILK WITH FIBER AND ITS VANILLA AND IT REALLY IS VERY GOOD. I DONT LIKE MILK BUT THIS IS GOOD ON MY CEREAL. SINCE LOSING SO MUCH WEIGHT I NOW HAVE THE SAGGING SKIN UNDER MY ARMS. I CALL THEM MY FLAGS WAVING. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO TONE THEM UP BUT ITS DOESNT HELP. OH WELL I WILL DEAL WITH IT. MY TUMMY ISNT BAD OR MY LEGS ITS JUST MY ARMS. I AM GETTING EXCITED AND NERVEOUS ABOUT MY EVENT. ITS ONLY 2 WEEKS AND 4 DAYS BEFORE I LEAVE. I NO I WILL DO JUST FINE CAUSE I WILL HAVE MY BUDDIES HERE CHEERING ME ON AT LEAST IN SPIRIT AND MY TOPS BUDDIES WILL BE THERE WITH ME. WHEW SOOOOOOO MUCH YET TO DO. GOTTA GET MY NAILS DONE THIS WEEK OR MAYBE NEXT WEEK. I HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT EASTER AND WATCH OUT FOR THE EASTER CANDY. I WANT JELLYBEANS, SO I WILL GET SOME TOMORROW WHEN THEY ARE MARKED DOWN AND EAT A FEW AND SAVE THEM FOR MY FREE DAY. LOL LOL I LOVE YOU ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.  HUGGS MS BABE

    New proof you’ll tone faster–not get bigger–if you trade your 3- and 5-pound dumbbells for a heavier set of arm exercises: In a Central Michigan University study, women who worked one bicep by doing 3 sets of about 5 curls with heftier dumbbells gained around 55% more metabolism-revving strength on that side over 10 weeks than on the opposite arm, which lifted lighter weights about 24 times in a row. Next time you do arm exercises, pick a dumbbell you can lift only 6 to 8 times per set and say good-bye to jiggly arms.

    Good gir1! Jellybeans never hurt anybody. In fact I think you could classify them under medicipal purposes. LOL

    Go buy youself some outstanding RED HIGH HEELS. They are great for so many things from jeans to dress. Plus they make you feel fantastic. Go ahead and get them for your event.
